Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to design and web development problems. Decide the most effective way of getting a message across in web and print media using a variety of methods such as color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various techniques.

It was 1996 when I got interested in graphic designing and that was the time I was about to finish my drafting course and AutoCAD short course as well. After I graduated, my first job was a freelance AutoCAD operator and an architectural draftsman. But since my job is in line with computers, I tried to do some self study on graphic software such as Corel and Adobe applications and also some technical skills like basic computer troubleshooting and networking. As I got interested more with graphics, I decided to change my field from drafting to graphic design in print, and my career as freelance graphic designer continued. In 1999 I was hired as graphic artist in Forms of Corporation of Asia and resigned on 2004 to venture in sole entrepreneurship. I focused more on designing and printing wide format media, until I got interested with internet advertising. Browsing through websites gave me an idea how images and graphic designs were posted in internet and it stir my enthusiasm to learn more about optimizing, slicing images, basic HTML and FTP. At first, I focused mainly on the design of the site, but thanks to online web tutorials like W3 Schools that teach me the basic PHP and CSS and to all open source system especially the No. 1 CMS “Joomla”, it let my designs be possibly felt online. Now, modifications of flash & joomla template were added to my constant passion in web. My fervent interest on graphic and web designing continuously motivates me more to learn and explore on this field. |
